You can book your table through the Kopiti.AM microsite: https://carlscrib.my/kopitiam/. Table reservations are available on a first come, first served basis, so book early to secure your spot.
Table allocation will be arranged by the organiser's crew on event day. Once assigned, guests will not be able to request changes or switch tables.
No. Bookings are only valid for the selected event and cannot be reused, transferred, resold, or forwarded to another person or event.
Yes. The person who made the booking through the microsite must be present during registration and entry to the event.
Guests are encouraged to arrive on time according to their booking slot. Late arrivals may result in a reduced experience, and the organiser reserves the right to release unclaimed tables after a specified grace period.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel bookings without refund if any guest provides false or misleading information, or does not comply with the event Terms & Conditions.
Upon arrival, please show your QR table booking to our crew at the registration counter. Your food voucher is valid only on the stated event date and time, and can be used once only. Please present the original voucher when redeeming.
No. Food vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other item.
Food offerings are fixed for the event, and special dietary requests may not be accommodated. Guests are encouraged to check the event details in advance before booking.
Your game token is valid for one game on the Claw Machine during the stated event date and time. Each token is for one-time use only.
Lost, damaged, or expired vouchers and tokens will not be replaced. Please keep them safely throughout the event.
Present your Extra Time Beer Voucher at the participating outlet to redeem 1 x Carlsberg Quartz. The voucher is valid for one-time redemption only.
The Extra Time Beer Voucher can be redeemed at participating outlets from the event date until 31 July 2026. Any unredeemed vouchers after this period will be forfeited.
No. All food and beer vouchers are only valid within the stated validity period as indicated on the voucher. Expired vouchers will not be accepted, extended, or replaced.
No. Food and beer vouchers must be fully utilised in a single transaction. No cash balance, refund, or credit will be given for any unused value. Any amount exceeding the voucher value must be paid by the guest.
